Grief Resources
I struggled to find resources when Connor died that were specific to parents. Having lost grandparents and my father several years ago, I know that pain. However, losing Connor hit me very differently. We expect to lose our parents and grandparents at some point in our lives because that’s the proper order of life. Losing a child disrupts everything because we aren’t supposed to outlive them.
I have compiled links to several articles, websites, and books that can help you find answers and healing.
